Damages and Issues

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item to ensure faster delivery.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
